Mr. Chiang is a 1977 graduate of the University of Houston, Architecture School. Since 1986, Mr. Chiang has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sueba USA Corporation. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate development; Mr. Chiang has developed many award winning communities, shopping centers, and thousands of apartment units.

In addition to serving on the Houston Taipei Society, Mr. Chiang has also served on the City of Houston Planning Commission from 1996 to 2010 as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Grand Parkway Association, Trees for Houston, Spring Branch Management District and numerous boards of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone and Public Improve District.

Amy Coburn, MD is Associate Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at Houston Methodist Hospital Blanton Eye Institute/Weill Cornell Medical College and Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine. She serves as Vice Chairman of Prevent Blindness Texas and is the Past President and Community Outreach officer of the Houston Ophthalmological Society. She received her BA from Rice University and her MD, ophthalmology residency and fellowship from Baylor College of Medicine.

​David Hsu is an attorney at Givens and Johnston, PLLC. He focuses his practice on U.S. Customs laws and export controls, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, prior disclosures, tariff classification and valuation of merchandise and assisting in the development of import and export compliance programs. In addition, David is involved in the handling of enforcement actions such as petitions, penalties, seizures and forfeitures on behalf of the firm’s clients. David is actively involved with the Asian American Bar Association of Houston and has served on multiple boards. He received his Bachelor of Art degree from The University of Texas and his law degree from South Texas College of Law.​

Minnie is an attorney at Quan Law Group, PLLC. She represents clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, with a particular focus on investor and employment-based matters including E-2, H-1B, L-1 and National Interest Waivers. She also has significant experience advising clients in family-based cases as well as DACA, waivers of inadmissibility, citizenship and other matters. Minnie is actively involved with the Asian American Bar Association of Houston and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She received her Bachelor of Art degree from The University of Texas and her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Daniel is a partner at Nguyen Jazrawi & Chen, PLLC.  His current practice focuses primarily on immigration and nationality law having assisted clients to obtain citizenship, permanent residency, and many non-immigrant classifications from various countries.  He served as the 2012 President of the Asian American Bar Association in Houston and he was also involved with the Association of Chinese American Professionals, having been both a board member and chair of its scholarship awards committee for several years. He was a recipient of their 2010 Community Service Award. Daniel is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and subsequently graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.
